Send the questions to us. Send them to NiCE. Keep both sets of answers in your file. That file is how you show reasonable efforts under Rules 1.1, 1.6 and 5.3.

No. Your uploads, transcripts and highlights never train any AI model. We run our own models on our own Google Cloud setup. You can use Reduct with no outside language models at all. For enterprise plans we sign a data agreement that spells out how we handle your data.
All data is locked in transit and at rest. Our platform runs on Google Cloud. We hold SOC 2 Type II, so a third party audits us every year. We also offer HIPAA transcription with a BAA and a GDPR data agreement. Email support@reduct.video for the SOC 2 report, or privacy@reduct.video for the DPA.
We have made Reduct as affordable as we can for any public defense office to adopt, with seat, case, and per-minute pricing, so you only pay for what you use. Yes. Your media, transcripts, highlights, tags, and exhibits are yours, and you can export them. Tell us the export and delete terms you need in the contract, and we will work through them with you.
